CounterPoint is a new music and arts festival, coming to Atlanta, September 27 thru 29. 99X presents the SoCo So Summer Challenge. We searched all over Atlanta for the bartender making the best Southern Comfort cocktail and we want you to help us choose which one is the best for the summer.
