After multiple women accused Ryan Adams of sexual misconduct or emotionally abusive behavior his fourth studio album has been dropped.
The album was due to be released on April 19th from Adam’s own label, Pax-Am. According to Variety, retailers are offering money back on all the pre-orders and Pax-Am removed everything on their site about the album.
The New York Times reported that Adams engaged in inappropriate sexual communication with a fan that was between the ages of 14 and 16 via text messages and Skype.
Adam’s guitarist, Todd Wisenbaker, posted on Instagram telling Adams to “get help”.
Adams has denied accusations against him engaging with a minor.
