PART-TIME PROMOTIONS ASSISTANT

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS:	Must be a self-starter who is highly motivated, dependable, detail oriented, energetic and displays professionalism and enthusiasm when representing the company. Clean driver’s record is a must. Must have experience with sound equipment and working with the public. Multi-tasking, creative & organizational skills. Must be available to work during late night and weekend events and have the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
JOB SUMMARY:	The part-time Promotions Assistant will work with the Assistant Promotions Director to coordinate all aspects of Rock100/99X.com on site events and client activation. shared responsibility for event creation and coordination; The street team member will coordinate and execute client appearances, remotes and on-air contests; manage technical set-up for live shows, appearances and remotes; and represent the station in a professional manner to listeners and clients at on-site appearances and events.

Account Manager

SUPERVISOR:	Colan Wheat, General Sales Manager
EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS:	This position requires a minimum of two years broadcast sales experience selling to key accounts and their agencies. Must possess strong conceptual selling skills, a track record of success in new account development, excellent interpersonal skills and a solid customer-focused approach. Reputation for setting the example of excellence both internally and externally. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.
JOB SUMMARY:	Manages and develops local accounts by establishing value for our various assets. Also responsible for developing non-air revenue through custom-built retail-driven programs, internet marketing and database marketing. Compensation is on a guarantee plus commission basis.

The Everything Alternative 99X and All The Hits Q100 Internship Program allows college students to gain valuable work experience while they explore future career opportunities and gain work experience while on a rotation schedule through ALL of the stations' departments, including Programming / Production, Promotions, Business Office, Engineering, Web Development and Sales. This rotation exposes the Interns to the entire radio station and provides a general introduction to the industry.
